You would have to be incredibly churlish and petty to complain about these shows. You see the daft COMMENTS on social medias.... but that's the very nature of Arsebook and the like.... Moaning bastards. The setlists are great, the staging is fantastic and they look and sound absolutely incredible. What a way to go out. A force of nature. It does look great. My only minor gripe would be the Dream on / WTW encore. Would be great if that could be switched up. Its been the encore for over a decade.

I'd be immensely happy to get SOSAD and Rats in one show! And No More No More and Movin' Out too! With Adam's Apple, that makes 5 songs I never got to hear live before. Plus they kept the Hangman Jury and Seasons of Wither segment which I love.
And yes, the whole stage setup looks really cool.
If there is one thing that really annoys me, it's not about the band.
It's too many people filming/ being very... static! Yeah, for me it's cool to have some videos from these shows to look at, but... it's a 15 to 20K arena, why are so many people filming with their phones?!
You can see it clearly in the SOSAD video when Joe goes on the side ramp. Those girls probably have a third of his age, why are they moving less than him?

Everybody's different. I don't dance at concerts. I paid good money to watch and listen to these guys live. I'll dance at home; at a show I'm paying full attention.

Everyone can find a gripe, but in terms of trying to please the majority.... I don't think this can realistically be beaten. Time will tell if things get shook up with regards to the setlists, but on this evidence, I can't see why that wouldn't happen. Bless 'em.

They opened with Rats.... and SOS&D. I was in Heaven.

Interestingly enough, someone left a note on setlist.fm that reads: " "Combination" was on the printed setlist, but "Stop Messin' Around" was played instead."... Are you fucking kidding me?! If this change goes through at some point (and they don't fuck up by, I don't know... removing Adam's Apple or Movin' Out or something equally stupid, like replacing Rats with Come Together 😣 ) that will be absolutely epic setlist! Then just replace Cryin' with Full Circle and I'm buying a flight ticket

Apparently Joe forgot where he was and said he was glad to be in Philly and when they booed him he corrected himself 😂

Apparently Joe forgot where he was and said he was glad to be in Philly and when they booed him he corrected himself 😂 Saw that too. But after I've started traveling a lot myself, I've learned my lesson to never make fun of rock stars who blurt out the wrong city name. Because it was me, early in the morning after a long ride, mixing up the city I had come from and the city I was next going to. And it was me staring with a blank look at the dude at passport control and thinking... "that's a good question... where the fuck am I flying today?!" Been there, done that. And I'm not much over half of Joe's age... Everybody's different. I don't dance at concerts. I paid good money to watch and listen to these guys live. I'll dance at home; at a show I'm paying full attention. Fair point. I just personally feel bad not to see the energy that a band puts in matched out. I don't can't dance, but there is no way I'm going to watch a 70+ year old jumping on stage and not jump at least as much. Interestingly enough, someone left a note on setlist.fm that reads: " "Combination" was on the printed setlist, but "Stop Messin' Around" was played instead."... Are you fucking kidding me?! Do you want to make me cry? I think Joe does a fantastic job with Stop Messin' Around. There wasn't a single instance that I didn't enjoy it right there at a show. But Combination?! Holy fuck, the night I first got to hear that was pure magic! If anyone ever asks me about the best concert I have ever experienced, that's the one, hands down.

Nice addition of SOSAD. Thinking back that might be one song of theirs I have yet to hear live. Or if they did play it my stoned ass brain can't remember it. I also like that the setlist while maintaining its integrity gets switched around each night. Creates the air of change while keeping things the same.
That's funny about Joe saying the wrong city.

I have no interest in dancing at a concert, who the fak does that? But I do want to stand up and be counted, as a wise man once sang.

I have been fortunate enough to see Joe do Combination and Red House. I wish he would play Red House a little more since it’s been many years since he’s done that one!

And not just at concerts, I don't think I've ever danced in any setting at all as an adult. I can't dance. But I do feel the need to outjump, outsweat (and outstink) the band. Especially when the age gap is like it is with Aerosmith. Steven was more than twice my age when I last saw them. I can't let someone who's that much older than me jump more than me... I just can't let that happen!
