Rock in a HARD place is great. So much better than NITR and DWM imho. The mastering is superb too!

RHIAP recording session (Bitches Brew): RIAHP era interviews/video clips: Aerosmith circa 1983; Steven looks stoned in this interview: interview with Jack Douglas & Rick Dufay. I haven't had a chance to listen to it but will get back to it, as I am always fascinated by Aerosmith's "lost years" of 1980 to 1983: Good stuff. Cheers

This is the stuff that Aerosmith need to release on DVD. They obviously don't/can't release concert videos from that era but these behind the scenes stuff are fantastic. And yeah Steven does not look as bad as the book makes him out to be. I hope when Aerosmith pack in someone wants to cash and release all the live and rare stuff. They can have my money. Until then... Enjoy the show

I don't even wanna think about that. When artists die greedy people start releasing crap upon crap. So far this hasn't affected my favourite artists, but when it will touch Aerosmith I'm gonna snap

Joe said some years back that they found some good video footage from 1973.. I would kill for that. That was a lie about Texas JAMS. I could watch it an indefinite amount of times.

I wish that I could see their 1987 Texxas Jam performance, as it was supposed to be a great show.

The dutch videos have all been posted here before, but has anyone found a way to search the other site? I went there a year ago and it does not seem you can even pay to look at videos which I would. Since this topic has been revived... I emailed them some time ago about any possibility of accessing their archive. All I was told was "Sorry we don’t give our footage out to fans or collectors.". And now I can see the bottom of their website reads: "Reelin' In The Years Productions does not supply our material to fans, collectors or other private entities. We will only send material out for legitimate projects to clients in the entertainment industry." Well... I guess it's S.O.S (Too bad)

So as long as Aerosmith the company isn't willing to pay and release such material it's gonna be lost in the aether

I don't know why they don't release more live stuff. They could produce a pretty mean Box set. Metallica and Pearl Jam release live shit. It can suck being a Guns N' Aerosmith fan

That would be awesome to have unveiled. Almost all of the footage of the Group I've seen is from 1976 and onward.
