What will the setlist look like when the audience consist of semi wealthy "fans" with the discretionary income to do just that come to the band instead of visa versa like a "tour" should. Will they welcome any kind of gem or demand the banal I only know the hits set list? Who knows but I am getting suckered in once again.. This could be it.. Hell with their history there is a good chance that they won't even make it through the whole tour or make it til August.

But I think the production in Vegas is gonna be greater with that 3D sound and exclusive 4K laser projectors. They are bringing that on the road

Resellers are always buying many tickets but the chance of experiencing Aerosmith up close plus the Vegas hype is really working wonders.
And again about the sound and lighting system I still don't think these East coast shows are gonna be on the same production level. The good thing is that being extra shows nearer Boston, they could feature more deep cuts.
Also they talked about horns and back up singers for the Vegas residency...i font think they will bring the whole thing for these shows neither. Hope to be wrong tho, this is the first tour in a while that actually presents some novelty.

From the venues site. “AEROSMITH: DEUCES ARE WILD” will bring audiences up-close-and-personal with America’s Greatest Rock ‘N’ Roll band in one of the most intimate concert experiences. Along with never-seen-before visuals and audio from Aerosmith recording sessions, the performances will be presented in L-ISA Hyperreal sound, allowing fans to feel a deeper connection to the band." They have also toured with female horns and backup singers before.. I don't see why this would be any different.

Oh good to know they're bringing the full experience to the east coast as well then.
Well I don't remember any recent tour with some added production value. The last big things where the rounded screen for the 2012/13 tour and the moving screens with upper stage level in 2009 if I remember correctly. Otherwise it's been the same catwalk/piano/smoke/confetti/live cam trick for a while.

I just looked into getting a M&G package - they are now $2500 for Steven and Joe. Weren't they $1200 before or was that just a dream?? $2500 for a few minutes with them, not sure that's worth it.

From what I've been told, it's not even a few minutes. M&G stands for "meet and get the fuck out of here!"
