Ok so clearly the tour is cancelled but refund policies might be different.
As far as I know:
Budapest Show: officially cancelled but the organizer said they are still working to fix the refund/reschedule situation. I got an email but no refund info so far. Here's the email:
Dear Ticket holder!
In the last few weeks all our lives have fundamentally changed, and the event organizing business is no exception. We are sending you this email because you have a ticket to an event that will unfortunately not happen on the date it was originally advertised for, despite all our efforts. This is very difficult for us, but as a responsible enterprise, we have to realize that the health of our audience is of the utmost importance. We must therefore, though reluctantly, agree with the Government’s decision to draw legal measures that prevent the event from happening as planned.
The event organizer is committed to carrying out the service it has undertaken: staging the production that is awaited by so many. The only means of this is to organize the show on a date when it no longer imposes a threat on the health of the visitors of the show and those contributing to it. This re-organizing requires a lot of background work on behalf of the performing artist as well as the organizer, as the ban of events equally affects all performances not only in Hungary, but globally as well. International Artists usually visit Hungary as part of a tour often lasting several months, so the negotiation does not mean the re-scheduling of only one show, but dozens of events at the same time. This communication between the organizers, the Artists, the venues and the technical crews is continuously going on in the background. At the moment the goal of these negotiations is to find a date for your event when it is safe to happen and is not banned by local legislation.
Ticketpro Hungary’s role in this process is to continuously inform the ticket holders about the developments, to help the event organizer’s correspondence with the fans and to carry out the instructions given to us by the organizer in connection with the tickets, their usage as well as possible exchange and refund. We realize the importance of this task and do everything in our power to carry it out as best as we can. Our customer service is understandably overloaded, so please accept our apology in case our response to your enquiry has been slower than usual, or if we have been unable to provide you with a detailed and thorough reply to your questions. We live in times when the duties and rules have to be determined as a reaction to the events, since a shutdown of this size and suddenness is unprecedented in the history of the modern digital era, hence the rules of proceedings are also lacking.
By the means of this letter we request that you help our job with your patience and understanding, so that we can find a solution to the current situation as soon as possible. We assure you that once we receive further information about your event, we will inform you of this without any delay, and you will also be notified in case there is anything you have to do in connection with your ticket. At the moment no action is required on your behalf. Any such instructions will be sent to the email address used at the time of the ticket purchase, just like this message. We would like to reassure you that your ticket will not be forgotten, and Ticketpro Hungary Kft. – just like the event organizers who work with us – will do everything possible to find a solution to the current situation that is to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Please take care of yourself and your loved ones. We believe that with the endurance and devotion that the current times require from all of us, we will soon get over this demanding time period.
Sincerely,
On behalf of Ticketpro Hungary Kft. operating the funcode.hu ticket platform
Barna Járdány
managing director
Milan Show: officially cancelled, you can ask for a "refund" voucher within June 18th in order to get credit to spend on the same ticket website for shows by the same organizer. You can still keep your ticket for next year's line-up which they say they will try to keep the same. Big bummer, I only care for Aerosmith and I doubt they're gonna tour again at this point and I think I won't use a voucher for other shows either....
Do you have any news from other sellers? What about Paris?

They are still selling tickets for London and Manchester which is pretty bizarre since they won't know the new date. I'm pretty shocked that no announcement has been made. Pretty much every other band has announced cancellation and some have new dates for 2021. It's a shit show all round

maybe they do the european tour later this year. as soon as possible. then they add some new las vegas dates and go on with even more vegas shows early next year. this seems reasonable if things go to the better. gonna be a busy autumn allower the world this year. everythings happening. people are gonna go crazy. count on it

I would guess that is not going to happen (arena shows in Oct/Nov, that is). I imagine (as I have no actual experience or knowledge), that organizing a tour like this takes a long long time. To make sure everything clicks together, the arenas, the hotels, the logistics, the crew, the permits, the tickets blah blah blah. And so I don't think they will go for it, ESPECIALLY that things are still quite uncertain (second wave of Covid might still struck over autumn). 2020 is pretty much lost concert-wise.

2020 is pretty much lost concert-wise. You can take the "pretty much" part out. Helloween have just postponed their late September to November tour for next year because they're getting signals they won't be allowed to play. And mind you, Helloween were playing much smaller venues than Aerosmith. In Vienna, for example, Helloween were playing at the Gasometer ( at most 3K capacity), while Aerosmith were playing the Stadthalle ( over 16K capacity).

There are signals that the virus might be weakened by the summer temperatures in Europe but might come back in autumn/winter. In Italy the curve has decreased so much because of the lockdown but some medics are saying the virus could have changed or the weather is helping a lot. Of course there is still no scientific evidence to support this thesis and these medics are very criticised but still it's true that we're getting just a few new cases every day and most patients don't even need hospitalisation (most likely because of the lockdown and use of face masks).
So I think that in fear of a second wave we are still going to have limits until next spring. Maybe this summer will be a little loose but I'm sure measures will get stricter in October. Let's hope they can find a cure soon. Some therapies have been effective to prevent the hardest symptoms and save the lungs. It's sad that now that the hospitals are getting back to normal people are already jumping on conspiracy theories....

Sent the email asking for a refund. Still can't believe it. I'm actually feeling sorry I even bought the ticket, paid 20 euro to have it delivered in Berlin...
At this point, I've asked for refunds for everything minus the Kreator shows which haven't been rescheduled yet. When they'll be rescheduled, I'll back out of those too.
I didn't imagine the show in Berlin in 2017 would be my last Aerosmith concert. I didn't imagine the Saxon shows in March would be my last concerts ever.
At least they were all worth it.
---
Edit: I may have mentioned this in another thread, but here it is again, in case this info helps anyone: Ticketmaster have kept up to some 40 euro/ per ticket out of what I paid for those I bought from them, Eventim 8 euro, Triffid & Danger returned in full. No experience with others.

Don't mean to pry, but you seem certain you won't be able to make it next year... Why so? Because the worst is yet to come and it could last for a decade. I'm an independent scientist. I work on a contract basis. It's amazing, I have the freedom to work on what I want, how I want, when I want. I wouldn't trade it for the world, I don't want to be one of those people who spend their lives doing a job they hate. I don't want to be miserable during the one damn life that I have. But now businesses who used to/ still pay me at this point are beginning to file for bankruptcy. In a month and a half, none of those I used to work with on a regular basis will be left standing. I can't count on the once in a blue moon ones. I'm also not sure a few of the smaller bands I was planning to see it will still make it. And it's not just the bands. One local promoter has closed shop and will just focus on the online magazine. The shows may still not happen. They may not be allowed, people may not be willing to go. Bands and promoters know this. There's an interview with Sully Erna where he explains he doesn't expect people to be as willing to part with money for concerts for the next two-three years. I still need to receive half the refunds I asked for. Even though I filled the damn forms in March and April! The SAS flight was my most expensive one and they tell me they're still processing the refunds from Early March (which honestly sounds like they're bullshitting me to buy time). Ryanair say it may take four months before they refund me for the last two flights, even though they refunded me for the first back in March. Some airlines and ticket sellers are only offering back vouchers I may not have any use for. I can't afford to go through this again if concerts don't happen next year either. Most of the shows I had tickets for were outside Romania. I don't know if I'll still have the same freedom to travel. I was also only able to travel because I somehow learned to search repeatedly, learned which were the best times to get the best deals. Most of my flights were between 8 and 20 euro. If I couldn't find a cheap flight and I didn't need to travel the distance super fast, I'd go for a bus ride. Even if that meant over 30 hours of breathing the farts of 60 other people on a bus and my headphones not really covering them if they were loud and obnoxious. I've even hitchhiked a couple of times. During 2019, I believe I booked two rooms that were slightly over 50 euro. Most of them were under 35 euro. Sometimes I saved on accommodation by taking night buses. That's why the occasional 60 euro flights can totally throw me out of balance. If flights end up costing ten times more, there's no way I can ever work around that with an income that's shrinking to a regular zero after the 15th of July. I was damn good at finding the cheap options, dosing my money to make the most of it. 2 euro per day food budget, 5 euro transportation budget. Not eating and just walking saves 7 euro per day. Just don't eat and just walk for 5 days and that's enough to get a 35 euro t-shirt at the merch stand. But the cheap options may not exist anymore, which renders my skills useless. I'm damn tough and I'm damn determined, but if one flight ends up costing 200 euro, that's most of what I used to make in a month at a time I have zero guarantees I'll still be able to make any money anymore. I've been capable to see over 30 concerts abroad in a year on 300 euro/ month, but it's all just being really calculated. I can't do miracles.

I think I'm gonna ask for a refund for the Paris show. It's too soon after the Milan show. I think I will try to get a ticket for Zurich? I don't know I still have some time to male a decision refunds for the Paris show (minus the fees) can be asked until early August.

Because for example Swiss Ticketmaster (or whatever they are called over there) webpage reads: "POSTPONED: Aerosmith, 16.06.2020, Hallenstadion Zürich The tickets you have booked remain valid for the new date 02.06.2021 and can not be returned." Which, I think, sucks balls and is mighty unfair. I bought (I didn't, but if I had) the ticket for a specific date and not one fucking year later. Or different place, or different band I mean, I am keeping the tickets I have (Krakow, Vienna) and I actually think of adding some more, but I still think this is just wrong.

You seem to be in deep water indeed. I guess we all can only hope that things will be slowly getting back to... well, not normal, because I reckon this won't happen for some time still, but at least better. So that you and everybody else affected directly (because we all are or will be affected indirectly) will get back on their feet and finish the struggle. I'll keep my fingers crossed, Ana...

Yes for the Paris show the refund is available. Of course I expect them to keep the service fee but as my trip to Paris is still planned for the end of the month I don't feel the necessity to spend other money to go to Paris a second time next year with the crisis and everything.. Maybe I'll be able to buy a ticket for Zurich later, both cities are easy to reach from here but Zurich is smaller and I know it very well already. Paris can be overwhelming and the show is right after Milan so it would be too intense. What about you? Did your schedule change at all?
