Can you? Because for example Swiss Ticketmaster (or whatever they are called over there) webpage reads: "POSTPONED: Aerosmith, 16.06.2020, Hallenstadion Zürich The tickets you have booked remain valid for the new date 02.06.2021 and can not be returned." Which, I think, sucks balls and is mighty unfair. I bought (I didn't, but if I had) the ticket for a specific date and not one fucking year later. Or different place, or different band I mean, I am keeping the tickets I have (Krakow, Vienna) and I actually think of adding some more, but I still think this is just wrong. Yes for the Paris show the refund is available. Of course I expect them to keep the service fee but as my trip to Paris is still planned for the end of the month I don't feel the necessity to spend other money to go to Paris a second time next year with the crisis and everything.. Maybe I'll be able to buy a ticket for Zurich later, both cities are easy to reach from here but Zurich is smaller and I know it very well already. Paris can be overwhelming and the show is right after Milan so it would be too intense. What about you? Did your schedule change at all? Yeah, the Krakow and Vienna shows switched places and now there are two shows in between. Which is definitely nice, as there is slightly higher chance of having some change to the setlist and overall feeling of the show. Also, Vienna is (at least for the time being) the last show on this tour, which I think is absolutely fantastic. I was thinking about adding Zurich as well as it will be (almost) the first show on this tour, but will have to think about it and do the (financial) math.

Hopefully we can both add Zurich..gonna wait as it is thought...i don't see the show selling out anytime soon but either way I can wait and hopefully a ticket will become available in the future. Zurich is very nice, easy to reach for me and I already know where to sleep next to the arena. Oh boy sweet memories from 2017. Can't believe I was supposed to see Aerosmith in 3 days!! Shall we create a thread following the original schedule of the tour? Like we can post playlists or old performances we'd like to see...stuff like that. Seems rather stupid but it's sad to go silent until next year wouldn't it be nice to pretend it's Aerosmith season anyway until end of July?

Refund for the Paris show has been accredited. The full amount too they just kept €1.45 from €85,45. It was the cheapest show (no golden circle there) but since I'm still going to Paris next week, I didn't want to re-schedule an expensive trip to Paris for next year again, also because the show is right after the one in Milan. So far my experience with refunds in general has been decent. Ryanair gave me a voucher I can use, if not, they're gonna refund the full amount next year when it expires or something like that. So far I've only lost some money for an apartment booking in april in London.

Aerosmith, Green Day & Queen I’ve moved into next year. Only refund I applied for was Ramblin Man Fair. Tickets were offered as a refund easily enough, but the camping (through a separate company) were refusing to pay the full amount back, wanted to keep 50% as admin fee!
I gave them short shrift and had a full refund paid to me the next day.
U.K. companies are being told by the government that they are not allowed to leave any customer out of pocket as a result, especially if they’re taking advantage of gov support such as furlough schemes.

Not really it was a booking.com booking and we cancelled back in April and the terms were 50% refund. We tried to see if booking.com could apply covid extra policies but with no luck. So everything was as of contract.

We tried to see if booking.com could apply covid extra policies but with no luck. So everything was as of contract. That’s what PodPads tried with me until I sent them this... As a UK registered company you should be adhering to the recommendations from the Competition and Marketing Authority; here's what they say : In particular, for most consumer contracts the CMA would expect a consumer to be offered a full refund where: a business has cancelled a contract without providing any of the promised goods or services; no service is provided by a business, for example because this is prevented by Government public health measures; a consumer cancels, or is prevented from receiving any services, because Government public health measures mean they are not allowed to use the services. (From www.gov.uk/government/publications/cma-to-investigate-concerns-about-cancellation-policies-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-pandemic/the-coronavirus-covid-19-pandemic-consumer-contracts-cancellation-and-refunds)The event is postponed due to the Government public health measures, and no service is being provided. Ergo a full refund should be offered.

This isn’t standard cancellation because you have chosen not to go. The government shut the country; you literally couldn’t attend if you tried... the company will fob people off with standard terms for cancellations where possible as they profit from it. But start pushing back with the right leverage and you should be able to get a different response...

Fact is back then there wasn't a ban for travel and I cancelled my trip spontaneously. I will try to seek assistance tho.
