Just a heads up. There have been some notices ( facebook for example) that Aerosmith is live streaming from Fenway Park this Friday. I have heard now that it is a scam. Dont click on live feed link. At least that is what a few friends have told me.

It’s on the Official Aerosmith feeds (twitter, Facebook) that it is a scam, too!

I hate to bitch and moan ("But there's not much I can do [...]" - who knows the song off top of their head?), but they could actually do some live stream for the anniversary... Not necessarily a full scale show, but some unplugged kind of stuff, some jamming or at least some video chat with fans, Q&A... You know.... we're still here and we're still your fans, hello! PS. even if it is kinda hard sometimes....

They will always be my favorite band since they give me so many great memories. But to be honest, they are not worth a shit anymore. Yes, there are other old time bands that are worth even less of a shit. But Aero seems to care about nothing other than themselves.
Sorry, but that’s just how I feel. I’m not saying they still cannot play or even that the set lists suck, but they just don’t seem to have much enthusiasm for anything anymore. I don’t blame them since I may feel the same way if I was doing the same thing for 50 years.

or at least some video chat with fans, Q&A... Good grief, no! Sorry, but there will be a million idiotic comments in the chat. The best thing about the paid Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp events is that the price and limited availability filter out most bullshit. Some uploads of them playing some obscure shit at home are welcome though. I don't even care about the live aspect, I'm on another time zone and always tired anyway.

Oh, I though it goes without saying, that it would have to be moderated in a smart way... But perhaps a $5 or $10 fee could be an option too, especially if then donated to some charity (Janie's Fund even). But Q&A live stream or not - it would be great to hear something from the band.... or at least some video chat with fans, Q&A... Yeah, but not in the form of 15 sec. long instagram story crap. This fast-consumption culture (of everything) will be our civilization's downfall.... :/
