It would seem that nearly all of the big names in the music industry appear to be Democrats. And President Trump has often run into trouble with with his choice of music at his rallies. The Stones, Mick and Keith, have been very vocal about this. Many others have too. I don't know if Biden plays any music at his rallies. I suspect he doesn't. I'm in the UK, I don't get a vote, and I'm just an observer from afar. So this is more of a music post than a political post. So who are the great Republican rockers?

(As a fellow Brit I am equally clueless about anyone else!)

Ted Nugent and Kid Rock are both very vocal in their support of Republicans. I think for the most part rockers try to stay out of politics. Mainly they don't want to piss off half their fan base by taking sides. Then there is also the school of thought that telling people how they should think and act isn't very rock and roll. Eddie Vedder and Bruce Springsteen are two always spouting off Democrat talking points, but most rockers try to limit the political talk. Bands especially, as they aren't likely to agree on everything anyways. Joe Perry has mentioned a few times he's an old school conservative, but feels that isn't represented in current political landscape.
The Rolling Stones had issues with Trump from before his days in politics. Back in the late 80's he was involved with promoting a few of their shows and they felt he was promoting himself more than their concerts.
Hollywood and the media are very pro Democrat, so rockers are more likely to be questioned about Republicans playing their songs at rally's than Democrats. I imagine in most cases they will quietly ask that their songs aren't played at political events and that's the end of it, but Trump doesn't operate quietly which probably leads to more of the publicity stunt cease and desist letters.
