Good luck Jeff! I wish Australia would figure it out, it was sposed to be law February 2013 and it got revoked but the government took advantage by recognising same sex couples as having equal rights to hetero couples ATO (IRS) wise, and took all unemployment off same sex couples (where one was working and one wasn't)that had registered for marriage for when the new law passed......
How sucky is that!

Good luck man. Not on the ruling so much as what will happen if you actually get married...that's when the real luck is needed! I think it was Rodney Dangerfield who said "I don't want to get married, I have enough problems just dating women who are married!"

Judge Rules Pennsylvania's Gay Marriage Ban Is Unconstitutional The Huffington Post05/20/14 02:29 PM ET A federal judge ruled Tuesday that Pennsylvania's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional.
U.S. District Judge John Jones' decision in Whitewood v. Wolf, the suit filed last year on behalf of 21 same-sex couples, strikes down Pennsylvania's Defense of Marriage Act. His ruling comes one day after a federal judge ruled against Oregon's gay marriage ban, and marks the 14th legal victory in a row for marriage equality.
The decision was left to Jones after Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett (R) and the plaintiffs decided to avoid a trial.
This is a developing story.. Check back for updates..
I'm so happy. Actually in tears here. This means so much.

I am very happy for you. Being freshly divorced I may giggle a little. But still very happy you are now able to get hitched.
