Never realized what a greatest hits fan of the Rolling Stones I am until I got a subscription to google play and downloaded every single on of their albums and started listening to the lesser known stuff. Didn't know they covered Walkin the Dog on their debut also. Really enjoying furthering my knowledge of the Stones.

I am still discovering stuff all the time.. All the singles they released before they started releasing albums. I love it all. Beggar's Banquet, Let It Bleed and Sticky Fingers are my favorites. They still have it too.. Their last album was a blues cover album and they truly captured that old school blues vibe.

Funny you say that. Let it Bleed, Sticky Fingers and Bridges Over Babylon are the only Stones albums I ever owned. Sister Morphine is still my favorite Stones song.

Have you seen the documentary "Crossfire Hurricane"? I HIGHLY recommend it. It came out a few years back and is pretty amazing. You can usually find it on demand. The band members narrate it but you don't see them.

I'll check it out. The only Stones documentary I remember seeing was the one about Altamont and the recording of Sticky Fingers. It was pretty fascinating and showed the recording of Wild Horses.

The Rolling Stones? Aren't they considered the British Aerosmith or something?
