Those of you that haven't seen Harry Potter or the first two Godfather movies should give them a shot. Never in a million years did I ever think that I'd enjoy something like HP, but I really got into it and now those books and movies are some of my favorites.
I've seen a lot of movies, but up until I had kids I'd never seen many of the really popular Disney movies (Cinderella, Alice In Wonderland, Lion King, Lady and the Tramp, etc.).
Up until last year I skipped the whole Titanic phenomenon and was very proud of that, but my wife finally tricked me into watching it with her.....
I absolutely refuse to watch any of the "torture porn" movie genre like Saw, Hostel, Rob Zombie movies (saw his disgusting redneck versions of Halloween and swore to never watch his s**t again). Seeing people brutally ripped apart is not my idea of good entertainment.
I don't go to too many movies but some of the notable ones I've missed include: The Godfather movies The Hunger Games Titanic The Harry Potter Series The disaster movies in the 70s/80s (except the Poseidon Adventure) None of the slasher movies such as Halloween, Friday the 13th, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, etc.
