Angry Video Game Nerd's 200th episode has a part involving the old Aerosmith video game Revolution X. Starts around 16:40 and goes to about 19:50. EDIT: On a side note, I think I need an 8-bit version of Rainbow in the Dark now. He gave just a snippet of it there and I want more. Dude, I went to Cracow in Poland for my summer holiday last year and I found two video games museums. I went to both twice and in both I found Revolution X! In one place there was a 2 player arcade, in the other one, 3 player one. I played the shit outta this game and it was fuckin great when sound bites were blasting real loud in between the stages. It was like a xmas sweater - so cheesy and so over the top it was actually super fuckin cool and went brilliantly with kegs of beer

Joe Perry's Duxbury Massachusetts house that he listed months ago finally sold. realestate.boston.com/news/2022/03/03/aerosmith-joe-perry-sells-duxbury-estate-4-5-million/I guess there aren't many people who want a in home recording studio AND have $4.5 million to spend on a house. I figured it would be a huge plus for some showoff rich dude trying to convince people he's cool. It would make a nice conversation piece to go downstairs and show where Aerosmith recorded two albums, even if it is their weakest two. I'm sure had it been Toys and Rocks the house would have been worth at least an extra million. I think with this sale Joe is completely out New England. He had a place in Vermont that he sold a few years back. I've seen a few articles recently mention he was living in Sarasota, Florida. Northern transplants generally don't spend the summers in Florida, so I would imagine he'd have a place up north. Although, at this point they probably find it easier to do seasonal rentals than keep up multiple properties.

He sure is one hell of a magnetic personality... I saw some snippets of him performing on stage and it was very pleasant experience. Perhaps in part because of a sensation of reuniting with an old friend But boy, does he look old in this bar photo... :/ And he looks like an Indian shaman

I think that was Steven's first public appearance since the Corona outbreak. I thought this event was cancelled but looking into it, it's been quite the shitshow.
Initially Aerosmith were listed as event chairs, implying they would be there in some capacity. Then they announced everything was up in the air following the latest Corona surge. A few weeks later they decided to move forward with Miley Cyrus as the musical guest. She came down with with the Corona last week and had to pull out. Jessie J was brought in as a last minute replacement, and Steven ended up showing up after all.
I'm probably missing some stuff, but Steven ending his 2 year hiatus is the only important thing to note.

^It's good to see Steven out and about again after being completely MIA for about 2 years. It's been even longer since he's been spotted in the Boston area. I'm kind of surprised he went to that place as it's kind of a dive.
He's looks comfortable being around people in crowded places, which should bode well for the upcoming shows.

There are lots of stories about Steven like that he did terribile things back in the day and that his philanthropic endeavors are just a publicity stunts, but he genuinely seems like the nicest person ever. Sometimes doing more good than bad overall is enough to get old without too many regrets.
