Aye. I suppose I was being very idealistic.

They either need to announce the new dates or process the refunds.

They either need to announce the new dates or process the refunds. They really should. These tickets are too expensive to let people sit without their funds. I wouldn’t surprised if refunds are fully out of their hands. Assume it’s down to insurance companies and the promoter - Live Nation - trying everything possible to make this tour happen

Sooooooooo........
How much longer can they legally hold on to all this money without saying anything???
If I spent good money on tickets I'd be pretty undone about this.
The only thing I have heard is that the band is waiting until February to make any announcements... that seems so far away, and again, how is this legal?

I’d be willing to bet that the money is sitting in a bank collecting tons of interest for Ticketmaster. Interest Money I’m sure they don’t have to give to anyone but themselves.

I look forward to the day Livenation/TM express puzzlement as to why people don't seem to be buying concert tickets anymore.
Fuck those guys.

I didn't know about that! Well, perhaps by then Steven will know if he's healed and up for another run, or maybe they just cancel the whole thing (or postpone it till fall/winter). Crossing my fingers he'll get better and they will still tour

I guess we will find out shortly if the 60 day rule is true in regards to opening up the refund window. I read an article somewhere that said at the time it was like day 54 since the postponement announcement at least for Omaha.

Thanks posting. She is fighting the good fight. Ticketmaster did his during the COVID delays as well.
I don’t see how Aerosmith reschedules all of these shows. Maybe they can do half, but the full slate seems unlikely.
I assume they will try to do MSG and Boston Garden. I have tickets for the former, but I definitely want my money back even if I can make the new date. The initial ticket prices were stupid and I fell for it. I got way better tickets at half the price at UBS because I waited a week before the show.
Fuck Ticketmaster. That company has really ruined the “pureness” of concerts.

Hasn't it already been 60 days for some shows?
I wish I had all my ticket stubs in an album like that! Wow!!! Life is a real mashup so you really need to have the time and passion to document all in that manner.
For all those that decided against Aero travel plans, how about those KISS fans in Ottawa and Toronto? Canceled a half hour before doors! I'm going to Toronto for Maiden next year but it's a little risky for sure.

I'm going to Toronto for Maiden next year but it's a little risky for sure. That wasn't even the worst of it. They told people in Ottawa that their VIP packages and tickets (dif seats) would be honoured in Toronto, if they made the trip. People did, through horrible weather and treacherous road conditions, only to arrive for another cancellation. Brutal! I'm so done with the big arena/stadium gigs. The experience has been irreversibly tainted.

The experience has been irreversibly tainted. That is so messed up! Must have been Gene's idea to not lose that VIP money lol. Maybe Paul didn't look so bad on day one? The pic of him in bed says no way he was playing anything anywhere. To be honest, my Toronto trip isn't that risky because we'll be driving to pick up up our son from school in Rochester and going on to Toronto as it is the only show that works for him. If it doesn't work out it'll still be a day with our son and probably a trip to the Hockey Hall of Fame then, so not really the biggest risk ever undertaken.

This is so messed up. It is worse than I thought. So, legally they have 60 days to release new dates? This video was posted 3 days ago, with 6 days until the band has hit 60 days since postponement. So either they announce new dates on Wednesday or people are going to want their money back....
