Stubhub's policy:
Vividseats
I'm going to guess that they will make sure that you will have your money back. It would be criminal and no one would use them if a event was cancelled and because you bought your tickets through a reticketing site you were out thousands. I can only imagine the lawsuits. So if the tour is unfortunately ended then we can only hope that the sites live up to their word.

What happens when an event is canceled?
We'll email you when an event is canceled.
Buyers: We'll add a credit worth 120% of the total amount you paid for the impacted event to your StubHub Wallet. The credit is valid for one year (365 days) and you can apply this credit toward any live event listings on our site in the same currency. If you would prefer a cash refund, simply go to your StubHub Wallet and click the “Request cash refund” button on the appropriate credit. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
Sellers: If you have already been paid, we'll charge your credit card on file to recover the payment. If your payment is pending, we’ll cancel the payment. Review what to do if you need your tickets back.
To see your event status, log in to your StubHub account and select 'My tickets' then Orders.

Will I receive compensation if my event is rained out, postponed, or rescheduled?
We are only able to issue compensation for events that are officially cancelled by the venue, team, or performer and not rescheduled. Compensation may be in the form of a refund or store credit in the amount of the purchase price (including delivery fees, less possible restocking fees), at our sole discretion. If an event has been postponed or rescheduled, rest assured that your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. For some rescheduled events, the primary source of the tickets will reissue all previously purchased tickets with new bar codes. If this occurs, the seller will notify us, and we will deliver new tickets to you and remind you to discard your old tickets.
If we discover that your event has been officially cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. If you know your event has been cancelled or rescheduled and have not received a notification from us, please be patient—we will contact you shortly.

SeatGeek is a marketplace that allows fans of live events to buy and sell tickets, but they are unable to refund, cancel, or exchange tickets. The vendors listed on SeatGeek have a general policy that all sales are final. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, SeatGeek will provide a full refund of the purchase price or issue a credit for use on a future purchase, subject to applicable state laws.12 SeatGeek will notify you that the event was canceled and provide instructions on how to obtain the refund or credit. If an event is postponed, marked TBD, or rescheduled, your tickets will most likely be valid for the new date, although this will depend on the venue’s policy. SeatGeek may cancel any or all ticket purchase transactions made by you for such event and return the Tickets to our Client, in addition to prohibiting your Ticket purchasing abilities for the event.
