Definitely Option A. I don't really post images, but I think we can all agree to not do it unless they are our images in the interest of keeping this site going and free of legal trouble.
This forum is really awesome, I would hate to see it go away. Thanks for all you do, Coop!

Thanks Dan, good post. Just one thing though: According to sakutak, the pic that got her in trouble was a watermarked image. Sak had a good post here yesterday but deleted it. Not sure why but I respect her decision to do so. The only point I will mention is that she clarified that it was not Getty, but another image company. So as much as Getty bothers me, they are not the only ones playing the game out there. Dan is old (hey he is old Aero and gorgeous and Santa like ), maybe he meant to say you can post any pic WITHOUT a watermark or copywrite imbedded? I wouldn't go there either. These days the reality is...if you are the subject of photo, they need your permission to post it (unless it's like a news bite, where you are throwing yourself off a building or demanding media time before you shoot the president ect) for some reason that doesn't seem to apply to celebrities, apparently if you are famous you have no expectation of privacy even when peeing in your own bathroom, so to speak!
