I've done it again, screwed up that is. I always think that I better grab a set of those hot tix before they are all gone and as soon as I buy them a better option appears. To wit: I am stuck with 3 tix in section 204 row M. I upgraded to 121 only moments later. I know I'm going to take a beating on them so if anybody could use a bargain I'll part with the 204's for $400...set of three. A loss of $40.
Happy to provide most any documentation requested. Haven't posted in quite some time as I was banned from the other boards after successfully disputing my membership fee, after PAID changed the ticket policy mid-year. Actually, truth be told if anybody remembers him, I was the alias Joe Armetta in 2000. Some had a problem with the alias Joe Armetta but(sic) he was really getting under the skin of Fansrule(LOL). Boy do I feel better now.

I have done this several times and Live Nation/Ticketmaster often lets you return your tickets if you are able to get better/closer ones through them. That is their policy but it doesn't apply to all venues. I would call them, you only have so many days to do it.
Good luck!

I second what Tomass said. I returned my Sweet Spot package in favor of a Wheels Up package (I gotta meet them sometime!), and I had little problem doing so. Sometimes the people on the phone are unsure of the rules, so they will tell you that you are unable to return your tickets. However, if this happens, I'd recommend just calling again and possibly talking to a manager - the people are usually extremely accommodating, particularly when you let them know that you have, in fact, bought other tickets. Hope this helps!

I checked the list of live nation venues and unfortunately the Hall is not on it. I will call though. As Gretzky said...100% of the shots you don't take don't go in.

Well, tm refunded the amount paid less service fees so I am out 65 bucks. It could be worse as a look at the interactive map shows this gig not selling well at all. Interesting to note that on the American express presale a customer service # for amex platinum unlocked better seats than the amex gold customer service #. Wish I knew that yesterday as well. It's tough navigating the ticket thing on a mobile phone.
