Which cover song is the best? Pick your THREE favorites. Why? Because we can!

Reefer Headed Woman I'm Down All Your Love
And yes, I did leave off the MFAD covers. I got the list online and they hadn't added those yet, and I couldn't change the poll once it was posted.

My 3 were Milk Cow Blues, Reefer Headed Woman and Think About It. I like a few others also (Train, etc.)

I voted for others because the HOB covers are missing.

I voted for others because the HOB covers are missing. You mean "Other...really?" So all 3 of your favorite covers are on HOB? Interesting.

This was a lot harder than I thought it would be. My three are Come Together, Big 10 Inch and Walking the Dog. I might have chosen 1 off of HOB if they had been listed.
Come Together is my fave Aero cover....probably blasphemous to say, but I prefer Aero's version to the Beatles...

I chose Big Ten Inch, Rattlesnake Shake, and Train, but I think sometimes people dismiss Bobo too easily. BPDG might me one of my favorite covers of theirs. In 2005 I took a friend to see Aerosmith, and she was the kind of 'only familiar with radio-hits' person since she wasn't really a classic rocker like we are. After they played BPDG (which, if you recall, they stretched out to be more than just the 3.5 minutes on Bobo), she turned around to me and went "....WHOA." Like they nailed the song so hard that it cut through all the "it's harder to enjoy songs you don't know" stuff and just impressed the hell out of her. A lot of the stuff on Bobo, while more slick than I'd like (which is the main complaint of post-PV albums), I really appreciate because they would never put it out otherwise. Take Temperature, for example. To me, this song is as stripped down and simple as Somebody. So many of these songs have your standard blues I-IV-V progression, which gets lost on more pop-oriented albums: Road Runner, Shame x3, Eyesight, YGM, I'm Ready, Temperature, SMA. Does this alone make them great songs? No, but they help bring back something lost.

My votes were: - Train - an oft-covered rock standard that Aerosmith basically made their own. Many have tried, but still, absolutely nobody does it better than them.
- I'm Down - Aerosmith just smokes this. The live version they did at that widely-circulated bootleg from Houston in 88...amazing! I feel like all the Aerosmith covers of Beatles songs are better than the Beatles, but this one is my favorite.
- Cry Me a River - Along with Another Last Goodbye, this is probably the rawest, most emotional vocal performance by Steven Tyler to date...plus the guitars are so haunting. And nobody else voted for it and I felt like this one needed some love.

No specific order Train Walkin The Dog All Your Love "Come Together" would have been next (I don'r even like the Beatles version) I think "Baby Please Don't Go" deserves a spot in that poll too

Walkin' The Dog Milk Cow Blues Ain't Got You - Surprised no one else has voted this one yet. I love the way Tyler works this song.
Love Train and Big Ten Inch as well, especially live.
