Interesting... It will be cool to hear something from Brad but all I know is that "Sharpshooter" song from Pandor'a Box... It just sounds like cheesy 80's rock at it's worse. Mostly due to the singer.. I am sure their heads are in a different place right now though. I would hope..
This is god awful

I kind of agree about that song, but I've never given the full album a fair shake. I have listened to it, and remember liking a couple songs, but I couldn't tell you without re-listening. But still I'm interested to see what they come up with.

But still I'm interested to see what they come up with. Neither have I.. I may have tried to listen to another song or two. I am pretty positive that Brad doesn't plan on releasing music sounding like that in 2014... I'll check it out.

Could be rockin! I am very interested in this reunion. I hope they do some touring together. Some Nugent songs, Aero songs and hopefully some good new stuff too.

I like that song and the album. Nothing wrong with "cheesy" 80's rock

I still really like the album. It was a bit more poppy than I expected, but it was great to hear Brad get to open up a bit more. I saw them live on their one and only tour, and it rocked much harder than the album. Derek played quite a few good solos as well during the show. It was a short set (opening slot), so only songs form the album were played.
Really looking forward to hearing what Brad and Derrek come up with. Agree with Tomass that this album will rock harder.

Very much a poppy record when I expected a serious guitar oriented record.
Perhaps the second time, they'll get it right.

Just listened to Sharpshooter again, been a while but imho that song cranks big time. Love it.

Puckett's, in Nashville. Not sure of the exact date though.

Man, I'm really anxious about this. I'm probably one of the few who really loves the Whitford/St.Holmes album, hard to explain, I like Michael McDonald -era Doobies as well, much to everyone's dislike. Really hope there are plenty of Brad's guitar solos and rockin' riffs on the new album.
