"Hot tail, poontang, foxy little flirt, I caught you in the briar patch liftin' up your skirt"
Click it for inspiration...
A hidden gem from RIAHP, this is another one I'd love to see make the setlist once in a while.
I rarely if ever see this song mentioned around here, so curious what the consensus is.
And PS: This should have been Joey's coffee line name.
Your thoughts?

I don't like RIAHP quite as much as some of the hard core fans around here but Bitches Brew is one of my very favorites from this album. Definitely a great rock and roll song and one that unfortunately flies too far under the radar for a lot of fans. I do wonder if it would have been regarded a little better had it been released a few albums earlier. A standout track nevertheless for me. As for Joey's coffee I think this song might lose something if he mentioned it ad nauseam like with his coffee like he's been known to do.

I would love to see this one live. Play the whole album front to back for that matter!

This is my favorite song off of RIAHP, and one of my overall personal favorites. It has some of the catchy harmonies that Aerosmith is famous for, mixed with rather aggressive thrashing style guitar and vocals. The song has a fair amount of the sloppiness Aerosmith displayed between 77 and 85, yet it still sounds like a complete, well thought out composition. I like the lyrics to this one as well, even though I'm not certain as to what the song is about.

not my favorite off this album, but still a really strong song. One of the songs on RIAHP that actually sounds more old school Aerosmith to me (by that, I mean sounds like a Perry/Whitford guitar song).

I would love to see this one live. Play the whole album front to back for that matter! I completely agree with the above comment. I've always really liked BB; in fact, I really like just about every song on the album except the cover song, Cry Me a River, and even it's not that bad. Ted

this album is pure magic. makes me shiver to think how talented Crespo is/was and how many more legendary albums he could have worked if given a chance

Strange how this album is so often forgotten or at least overlooked. Sure, it doesn't even come close to Toys or Rocks, but it's undeserved to pretend it doesn't exist. BB is pretty solid and would be definitely a nice deep cut. I think I would pick the "Rock In A Hard Place Cheshire Cat" as my favorite from the album, but BB is a close contender. Lightning is also very cool, even if it's an odd one, perhaps like K&Q on DTL
