I loved it when it came out, but it's an album that definitely didn't age well... songs all over the place without cohesion or a concept, I think they only left polka and reggaeton out and tried every other genre in it. I think there are songs that could have been left out and no one would miss, and some bonus tracks would have worked great in the standard version. All in all, 5 out of 10. My stand out tracks are Oh Yeah, Out Go The Lights and Sunny Side of Love.

with the few "special" versions that came out, if they found a way to cut it down to 9-10 songs (picking the right ones of course), it would have been ok. but as was said, the album is just all over the place and as a whole isn't very good.
i honestly don't think i've listened to it since i saw the show in atlantic city that tour.

My two favorite songs were B-sides that weren't even on the actual album.. They were also covers..

Wanted to like this one but just didn't. Out go the Lights is cool. A couple of the bonus tracks were alright, but I can't even remember them in the moment. I never seek this album to play. I would love an EP of four classic era type songs. Then be done.

I would love an EP of four classic era type songs. Then be done. The album that "sounds like Rocks" that Joe has been selling us since Just Push Play

I am not even sure I ever listened to the whole thing. Purely a contractual obligation for sure. The fire went out a long time ago. If Joe has any rock songs left in him they will go on another solo album.
