First off I gotta say that I don't think we can ask for much more with these setlist so far.. That said, since it is their last tour... If you could swap out one song they are playing and throw in any other.. What would they be?
No brainer for me
IN - ONE WAY STREET - I have seen it once in the 30 something times I have seen the band. It would be my ultimate Aerosmith wet dream to see it again.
OUT - JANIE

I’ve already considered this.
Toys out
Nobody’s Fault in. That would change would be epic.

IN - Sick As a Dog (I don't even have the words to describe how much that would mean to me)
OUT - I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing (oh, no, their most successful single ever... they've done a full tour without it in 2012 and nobody died; I was initially a bit undecided what to take out tbh, but ended up going with the slowest of the songs I thought I could do without)

I guess if I’m not playing fair, Edge Out, Nobody’s Fault in. Lol.

I can see Rats... getting swapped out for Lord of The Thighs or One Way Street.
Adam's Apple for Lick and a Promise
No More.... for Kings and Queens
Same Old... for Mama Kin or SOS
Saddle for Draw The Line
Etc etc....
I can see plenty of scope for mixing it up. Be great to see how this maps out.

That's a tough one, if I only get to swap one pair...
I'd say: OUT goes: Cryin', IN comes: Full Circle (obviously, but I applaud your choices of One Way Street, Sick as a Dog, Nobody's Fault)

Janie out, that is the easy part.
For today, I'll put Reefer Headed Woman in. I love that slow burn blues when they do it.

Not an In/Out tweak, but I think they've missed a great opportunity for this tour.
Greatest Hits aside, their most recent release was The Road Starts Hear, their very earliest recording. I thought one of the coolest things on that record was the revelation that You See Me Crying began as a Dream On outro. Tyler has been doing various Dream On intros for ages, including You See Me Crying. They should've switched it up, and played Dream On straight, ending with the '71 outro.
The hardcores, like us, would've recognized it for what it is, and the casuals would've just recognized it as a Toys cut. Plus, if this is truly the last ride, it would represent the very beginning. Kind of a full circle thing.
How did they miss that?

But yeah, to me it's the same caliber as opening with Make It (first album, first song, first verse "Good evening people welcome to the show!"). I think our combined forces ideas would make for a really great treat for fans... But oh well... nobody asked us

Cryin' out, mystery suprize track in.
Not being picky, Here are a couple realistic swaps to freshen up the setlist. 2 overplayed sappy songs, for 2 sappy popular songs that I've never seen live at any of my 20 shows.
Cryin' for Crazy (I don't really like Crazy either, but have never heard it live and it's their most popular video on Youtube) IDWTMAT for Angel
