So, i was thinking that with the postponement of the tour, would it be an opportunity for Joey to get behind the kit and get back in the game?
I would love it, that would make it a true farewell tour to me.

Joey has had plenty of time to get back in the game. I am guessing he just can't and/or doesn't want to do it anymore. Which is okay.

The situation with Kramer was never adressed correctly. Joe made an interview and some people stick to that, but we never had the words directly from Joey or even other members. If everyone accept that Aerosmith is more a brand than a band, we can agreed that something happened with the high directives of Aerosmith that don't want Kramer back in his sit.
I think there's two probably reasons, or the big suits are pissed off with the lawsuit of 2020, or his health (specifically his heart condition) is on the verge and they don't want to carry with the responsability.

But I'd love to have him back, at least to play 3 songs each night

I agree it was never really addressed properly. Perhaps that's because both sides didn't agree on how to move forward, so the most "amicable" resolution - to them - was to not say anything at all. I am guessing "Joey isn't well enough to play for 2 hours" is what the band wanted to say, but Joey doesn't agree or want them to say it, so they all just said nothing so it didn't turn into another public feud. I don't think the lawsuit has anything to do with it. He's Joey Kramer, drummer of Aerosmith. One of the five brothers. I doubt this is petty. As petty as the band can be, it just doesn't make any sense. It makes more sense that they just don't think he can play. Or he doesn't want to/knows he isn't able any more. I saw all that to say - of course I'd like to see him behind the kit again for one song or 20. But not at the expense of his life/health.
