They turned out to be 2 separate dinners, thankfully.

Chinese food on the way. Hopefully they got the peanut chicken, but probably not since I wasn't there to tell them.

I was confused. No Chinese. So I cooked some Jack Daniels pulled pork instead. Quite good for a packaged product.

I had a $5.99 large carryout Dominos pizza. Pep and pineapple. I worked there in college and their pizza was great. Tehn they changed their dough and sauce more than they did with the recent "Oh yes we did" Bs. 3 times in fact before "Oh yes we did". Well the trash had most of the pizza.

I got a good General Tso's recipe. Looks like a lot, but it isn't and it comes out really good, fresher and tastes better than delivered.
General Tso’s Chicken Recipe Ingredients: 1 package boneless skinless chicken meat (thigh or breast), cut into bite-sized pieces Pinch of salt 1/3 cup cornstarch Oil for deep frying (preferably peanut oil)
3 slices peeled ginger, finely minced 1 clove garlic, finely minced 4-5 dried red chiles, rinsed and deseeded 2 stalks scallion, white-part only, cut into 1-inch lengths Sauce: 2 1/2 – 3 tablespoons cooking sherry 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon Hoisin sauce 1/4 cup water 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 scant tablespoon corn starch
Method: Cube the chicken and put in bowl with a couple teaspoons of olive oil and some salt to marinate. Mix all the ingredients for the Sauce in a small bowl. Set aside. Coat the chicken generously with the 1/3 cup cornstarch. Heat up the oil for deep-frying. Deep fry the chicken until they turn light brown. Dish out with a strainer, draining the excess oil by laying the chicken on a dish lined with paper towels. Heat up a wok or a good frying pan with 1 1/2 tablespoons oil. Add the minced ginger, garlic, and dried chilies into the wok, stir-fry until you smell the spicy aroma of the chilies. Pour the sauce into the wok. When the sauce boils and thickens, add the chicken, stir to combine well with the sauce. Add the scallion and stir a few times, dish out and serve immediately.

I used to love Dominos, and then they changed everything. It tastes like crap now.

Most of our chain pizza stores here like Dominos and Pizza Hut have really crap inedible pizza these days, but our mom and pop ones weirdly that are usually owned by Greeks and Chinese still have really yummy pizza.
I have a question for someone that makes there own bbq ribs. Can someone give me a recipe and also tell me what the cut of meat is called that you use? I fell in love with ribs when I was in the US and Canada and have a few recipes but mine never turn out as good as what I had when I was there. A rib chain restaurant called Montana's was my favourite, there bbq apple sauce ribs were to die for. Our rib places here suck and make them worse than I do.

I got wings tonight from WingStop. Never been before. Chili lime sauce, which taste like curry. Really good.

Green soup made from kale, parsley, and a bunch of other random vegetables. Process till smooth with cream and potato and it's quite a yummy and tolerable way to eat a lot of vegetables. I ate it with a large piece of crusty whole-grain bread.
