Tonight: - Potato salad and what I like to call "Chicken with crud," but it's actually this recipe >> www.food.com/recipe/delmonico-deviled-chicken-337246 . I'll probably have salad and broccoli with that. Thursday - Stir fry with random vegetables (pea shoots, parsley, carrots) and some leftover chicken, served atop brown rice. Friday - baked haddock (eww, I hate fish) with sweet potato and maybe some asparagus Saturday - Homemade macaroni and cheese. I feel obligated to eat some vegetables with that. Sunday - I'm going to Six Flags and probably eating a corn dog and a buffalo-chicken wrap without the buffalo sauce. I may also elect to eat a chocolate-covered banana, but food at Six Flags is generally a major rip-off. Possibly, I *may* simply leave the park and go to Chipotle. Chipotle is an awesome fast food place.

Wow, you really plan things out! Wish I was that organized.
We had strip steaks tonight, and I crumbled some feta on top.

Well, my wife is out of state attending a funeral, so it is just me and our youngest (he is 18). After reading the last few posts, pizza is sound like a plan!

Easy dinner tonight, hubby is having a few friends over to watch the footy so I am just doing platters of nibblies. One with kabana, several cheeses, pickled onions, carrot sticks, celery sticks, capsicum sticks, dip and crackers etc and a hot one with deep fried food like fish bites, mini spring rolls, mini dim sims, calamari rings, prawn cutlets, chicken garlic balls, chicken wing dings, potato gems and whatever else I find in the freezer. And another hot one with party pies and party sausage rolls. Those should go well with beer and rum and coke.
I am trying to clean out the freezers before I go to the restaurant wholesaler at the end of this month and fill them up again. I kept my account with them when I stopped working as a chef and can still buy all the restaurant type food at wholesale.

Boneless chicken thighs cooked on the grill, mac and cheese with hot dogs, lots of Redd's Apple Ale, and something that tastes like an orange creamsicle, made with orange soda and whipped cream flavored vodka. Magically delicious.
Add in around a dozen guests around the outdoor fireplace.

One thing I love to do is get my ice cream drunk. Amaretto, Cointreau, Remy Martin, Grand Marnier, Calvados, Glenfiddich... whatever's available. Works for cake as well. It's barely 4pm here now, but I'm having my improved ice cream already.

I don't have "improved" ice cream but last night we had in the house ice cream, chocolate sauce, walnuts, bananas, strawberries and whip cream. so I had enhanced ice cream

Walnuts bathed in plum & cinnamon jam. Plus milk. And Scooby-Doo. Fortunately, just on the screen, not eating with me... I wouldn't have enough walnuts for him...

We went to Pizza Hut and are already regretting it. On tomorrow's docket: chicken scarpariello

We found these frozen hamburger patties that have cheese and bacon mixed in. Really fresh tasting and surprisingly delicious.

I so approve of what the lot of you make for dinner. I need to rethink carryout. It never occurs to me to take the time!
