I am certain anyone paying the kind of money Allstate Ins did demands songs, Aerosmith saw the reaction and now being confused on what to do brought the set list to the next show. Joe twitter: Joe Perry @joeperry · Aug 5 Thanks to Allstate I for having us play tonight. Felt like a frat house party. The band & crowd all came together as one. So, this was a private show? That may explain the set list. Perhaps these songs were specifically requested by the paying party, Allstate. Let's hope this was a one off.

Wednesday's show was the private show for Allstate, which explains that setlist. Friday was a regular scheduled gig.

The quotes got messed up. Anyway, I was responding to Pillis saying Joe said that Saddle was painful for him to play. When did Joe say that? I have never heard that before. I guessed it may be difficult for Steven to sing, but for Joe to play???

To those of you who are guitar players, why is Saddle painful for Joe? I suppose it involves some hammer-ons or pull-offs, but I thought those were pretty routine for experienced players.

OK, we care about those fingers, he can't do Saddle. Big deal... it's not like they don't have plenty of good songs that would be great in that spot and replace Elevator.

Ouch. Looks like they're slipping into autopilot mode.
So glad to have caught the Kitchener show. Vastly superior set list!

well if you add 2 gems, replace rag doll and janie you have a good setlist but being that short and having so many slow songs one after another is just ridiculous. I actually enjoy jaded quite a lot live, definitely more than living on the edge which is getting boring.
