In 2010 they weren't really at their peak. It was quite a messy tour with all the drama the year before that, Steven falling off stage, drug use and poor marketing. After rehab, American idol with Jlo, MFAD, 2 amazing blu ray releases, successful EU/SA/JP tours and that joint tour with Slash they re-gain much positive attention. Now after Vegas and with the 50th anniversary rolling and Joe Perry getting attention with the Vampires as well everything is gonna be fine. But they need to play nasty songs because 2014 and 2017 tours were so great.

You think London is quiet in Summer midweek... Come on. It'll be alright dude It didn't sell out last time they played there in 2010. I refused to pay the £95 for a floor ticket and got one from a resale site for £40 2 weeks before. I really think they will struggle to shift all the tickets if not priced appropriately this time. Even though I live just outside London, I might try for Manchester as the atmosphere will be electric. That said, even though it was not full, the o2 last time was incredible on the floor. Those prices were crazy for 2010. I think prices will be £75+ for sure. I love Manchester Arena for gigs. Always a great atmosphere

Just paid 59£ + fees for PCD for a floor ticket at 02. Aerosmith is definitely gonna be at least 10/20£ more. But it's Aerosmith, it's London, it's general admission and it's a 1/20 of the Vegas prices! Let's do this!

We haven't been able to say that for a while

Despite the lazy Vegas thing which was inevitable given the popularity of this format this decade, these guys have been constantly touring the world trying not to neglect even far away fans and at their age it's very impressive. I can't say the same about many younger artists who lose too much time off stage ultimately disconnecting with fans. This band has passion and drive. They're still hungry.

hectic Concert year coming. i didnt see them in 2019. ill be in vegas jan. i Think ill start the eurotour in milano or zurich. but after this there seems to be a 5 day hole Before dessel , belgium. maybe they add a show in here later? could maybe spend a couple of Days in Berlin between othervise. i was at the dessel show in 2010. it was a mess to get there. i Think i stayed in Eindhoven Holland and left from there to dessel. maybe 2 hours with bus to dessel, belgium. the Concert area was out in the middle of nowhere. i had to walk with masses of people through all kind of landscapes to finally see the huge stages far far away on the fields of the countryside. a lot of Walking. after the Concert there was no busses no taxis just hell of people trying to get away. i walked with some locals to the nearest trainstation . it was a whole night experience. it took like 5 hours. there was no Place to buy any food and drink . didnt cross our way. i dont like these festivals so much. much rather see a show in the middle of a city. next after dessel it´s Prag , checz. i was at the Concert there 2010. it´s a nice hall , easy to get to. from Prag across europe towards ?Paris. maybe one night in Frankfurt in Days between? after paris the circus goes way South to Madrid. way too hot for me. goodnight all
umh yeah. before paris there is glastonbury, UK june 27th. and extratickets for sale later. sold out as of now. many out there just for drinking not so much for Music. they buy tickets Before they see who plays. cool

Oh man yes these festivals are a mess, that's Europe. I also prefer indoor arenas but even with how painful and troublesome these festivals are, if you manage to be up close, there's a certain magic that simply cannot be replicated in arenas, no matter how big. If you're not going for the barrier tho, just go to an arena and get general admission or a good seat at least you can enjoy the show even if you're not front row.
Milan is not a good venue, it's really a parking lot, haven't been there since the expo renovation but Milan's city planning is pretty awful so I don't expect anything more than a stage in a concrete and asphalt area. Good thing about Milan is that it's the first show of the tour so there's gonna hype and Italian crowds always love the good old Aerosmith with Steven flaunting his Italian heritage. It's gonna be great despite the location.
Zurich is nice, venue was dark with decent sound and well connected but I remember there were 2 entrances so it got very confusing and messy once they opened the gates. Can't say much about the other places, think I am going for krakow or Budapest. London is tempting but it's gonna be expensive with the whole trip attached and I don't wanna hear come together again. Please.

Oh yeah the Train is still rolling. Although I think Europe has missed out on touring over the last 20 years this is a great opportunity for fans. It could be our last so grab it. Aerosmith will be a long time gone. I've got 3 shows in mind and just trying to squeeze a 4th in ✌️

Yes I noticed hotels weren't cheap. But do it. You won't regret being tired the next day I don't know if I will be working in London still by next July, so I'm really unsure as to what to do... take the Wed/Thu off, and go home, or take a half day Wed and stay in a hotel nearer to work, then go in to the office the next day...

This is an exciting time to be a Aerosmith fan. We haven't been able to say that for a while I'm afraid I don't see it this way. I was excited all the way up to Vegas. Now this tour has been announced and, for the first time ever, it did nothing for me, just left me cold. I hope everyone else enjoys it though. I would have killed for another batch of euro shows before they started doing the Vegas ones... now I wished I cared, but the reality is that, for some reason, I don't. I can't.

I would have killed for another batch of euro shows before they started doing the Vegas ones... now I wished I cared, but the reality is that, for some reason, I don't. I can't. Well the Aeroverdici tour was billed as their last tour, and therefore was the start of the end... hence the M&G and tattoos and Guitar Off My Back. And then they announced the Vegas run, and I knew it was probably my last chance to complete the tattoo set... So another huge amount of money spent to get to Vegas, tickets, M&G, tattoos... and I was happy for that to be “the end” and the health problems for Joey that started maybe 2 gigs after the one I attended made me think that I’d made the right decision to head to Vegas. And now they’re announcing a European tour, but with no indication as to whether we’ll get 80% or 100% of the band. This could be the last chance to see, but I feel I’ve already had my last chance, and that was with 100% of the band...

I agree that after the last hurrah the hype seems a little less intense. Also with Joey on hold...it is believed he is supposed to be back with the guys in January. But if it's true they're gonna release an album in 2020 for the 50th anniversary then it's gonna be great. They have so many weeks/months of spare time in Jan/March/April to record 9-11 songs and call it a day. Bring 3 new songs on the road along with 4 songs from Aerosmith, 8 classics/staples and 2 gems. Boom.
01. Sweet Emotion (staple) 02. Make It (aerosmith) 03. Mama Kin (aeormith) 04. New Song 05. Cryin' (staple) 06. Last Child (classic) 07. New Song (Joe) 08. One Way Street + Jam (aerosmith) 09. Edge (staple) 10. New Song 11. Elevator (staple) 12. Full Circle (gem) 13. Sick As A Dog (gem) 14. Draw The Line (classic) 15. Same Old Song And Dance (classic)
16. Another Last Goodbye snippet/Dream On (aerosmith) 17. Walk This Way (staple)

Anyone know if the fan club presale code is unique to members or is a single generic code as previously?
