What options do they offer for ticket holders? Can you get a refund or what? And the tickets are still on regular sale here www.mlb.com/redsox/tickets/concerts/aerosmith unless you are hoping for someone to cancel theirs and tickets being back in the pool? They sent me an email on Thursday containing pretty much the same info as the link you provided. Basically that I had until August 8th to request a refund or my tickets would be good for the rescheduled date. I figured maybe they would halt ticket sales for the time being, and treat the make up date a separate event with people currently holding tickets getting to transfer them. Then once everything was squared away, open up ticket sales for the new date where I could attempt to get better seats. Since they are still actively selling tickets, there's no way to know when the better seats would go back into the pool, so I'll be holding onto the ones I have hoping the show happens next year. Redsox Ticket Office <ticketoffice@redsox.com> Thu 7/9/2020 9:20 AMHi Live Event Fan,
Your event has been rescheduled.
Don’t worry, your tickets are still valid for the new date.
Aerosmith Fenway Park New Date: September 14, 2021*
If you are unable to attend the new date or you prefer a refund, you have until August 8, 2020 to request one here.
We will process your refund in as soon as 30 days.
Thanks for being a fan!
Please Note: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through us directly. If you do not request a refund by August 8, your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

Just in case anybody wondered - there are now TONS of tickets available for the show on the RedSox website. Cheap, expensive, M&Gs... anything you can think of. I guess these are all the tickets that have been returned and refunded, due to changing the date by a year.
Just thought I'd let you know...

Is it too late to ask for a refund? I would like to upgrade my tix I've no idea, but VoodooMedicineMan said that the email he received read that deadline for refunds is (was) 8th August.

Can any of you see any tickets for this show? It looks like their system is having some issues It's been like that for a few days now. I've sent them a line, but never heard back...

I'm seeing the same thing, the Fenway/Red Sox site says tickets aren't currently available for the event. Who knows whether that's the case or if the system is having issues. I can't imagine too many people are trying to buy tickets to a show that's already been postponed twice.

my tickets came in the mail today.. I couldn't have been any less excited.. They blew it by postponing it another year.. I hardly doubt it will be all 5 of them at that point if it happens at all..

It seems this thread should be brought back to life
Who is going and who is “pump”ed?
I’ve had these tickets since they went on sale in early 2020. Unfortunately my now former girlfriend won’t be coming. I am section A3, Joe’s side, close-ish to the catwalk, and near the stage.
I have a spare ticket for now - hopefully that changes. Will be taking the day off from work for this, so would be cool to meet some of you all

I'm going, but I'm honestly kicking myself for not taking the refund when I had the chance. After the 2010 show I swore I would never go to another concert at Fenway. It's an old concrete baseball stadium with awful acoustics. Dennis Leary filmed an intro video before their last show and I couldn't make out a word he was saying. The faster, heavier songs were just all echo.
Anyhow when they announced this show it fell on my 40th birthday, so I had to go. I figured maybe if I sat closer to the stage, their speakers would drown out most of the echo I heard last time, so I got 8 tickets at $300 a pop. I never finalized who I was going with, and some of the people I originally planned on going with no longer get along, so I have to get that figured out in the next week or so. My bigger concern is the band still hasn't rehearsed together after 2 and a half years off. This has shitshow written all over it.
