I just realised we are perpetuating the LI3. A few of us have said Tom, Joey and Brad are allowed subs so the tour goes on but not Steven or Joe. Kinda sux of us! I don't think so. I don't think I suck because I would not want to go to a show without Joe or Steven. I'm not going to apologize for that. I also don't think nipmuchigh is an ass because he wouldn't want to see a show without all five.

The second song I went for was Last Child (Whitford). It does suck if we of all people don't have equal appreciation for all 5. And at least for me it does sting when i hear someone say any of them is not important. But I am not, and I don't think Zen is saying particular people suck for their beliefs.

I don't think anyone said that they weren't all important. But I still would rather see a show with four of the five than have it canceled. They would have had to cancel three fourths of the shows they played last year, in both Australia and South America due to Tom's absence but David Hull filled in very nicely. I would have rather have him there, and was fortunate that the Tom was there for the one show I did go to, but if that hadn't been possible, I wouldn't have sold my ticket either. And I'd guess that everyone on here has a favorite, and that doesn't mean they suck because all five are not equal favorites.

I should have put a smiley face or something on what I said above, I meant it in a joking way rather than nasty. I think we would all agree we prefer the whole 5 and worry when any of them are sick. I agree with what you said about rather seeing the show than having it cancelled, but it's still disappointing.

I have seen a show withot Brad and it wasn't the same for me. I remember being bummed that Tom wouldn't be at a show but it really didn't end up making that much of a difference. That is nothing against Tom and it his presence during the Beacon show was extra special considering all he was going through at the time. Doesn't matter to me if Joey is there live or in the studio. He was a great drummer back in the day but his drums annoy me alot now. I would say it started with the classics live album where they sounded electronic like Def Leppard drums. I think one of the albums was more prominent that the other.. I don't like the drum sounds on PUMP either. The most recent example is Street Jesus.. The slow part he just pounds the drums. It is like he doesn't have any dynamics.. Just pounds lihe Bam Bam.. ButwhatthefuckdoIknow?
