That video is pretty cool (aside from lacking Joey). It's like a trailer for "PICARD"! Queen did the same thing last month with the onsale. Just a good old fashioned onsale, plus Platinum of course. Resale only allowed at face price too. We'll see if that holds true here as well... there is still plenty of time for TM shenanigans though. When is the presale and what are the vip packages? Aerosmith’s website isn’t working for me Right now it looks a general onsale only plus platinum. There will probably be VIP available at that time too if you can bear the prices. It can still change but they have had time to think about best ways to monetize this thing. I won't worry about getting my tix for any show other than Boston. I'll do fine with any venue's tix but Boston scares me. It's all hands on deck for that one and I'll worry about the others thereafter.

No definition on what that is, but they go on sale at the same time as the other tickets. Doesn’t look like AF1 gets you anything other than some reserved seats (not a pre-sale). And it only lasts 1 hour! After 11a, that preferred access doesn’t get you anything. That is my conclusion. Do others see it differently?

Do others see it differently? If it's similar to Chase Preferred which I'm familiar with, it will be seating that is priced similarly to the tix in that same area but only available to those with an access code. "Preferred Seating" is usually just aisle seating that they charge an extra few dollars for, because why not?

This time us Boston area fans will need to considering traveling to see them. We get show #32, with no breaks built in.
Not realistic based on their recent track record. They did 14 shows last fall with a 6 and half week break after show 10. Only lasted 4 more before having to 'peace out'.
I expect show #3 in Long Island to be a very tough ticket.

UBS holds back tons of tix (to dangle in front of prospective Islander season tix holders for one reason...other teams like Bruins and Rangers don't need to do that). Maiden, who are very good to their fans had a nice onsale for Long Island but the last minute releases made fools of Maiden FC ticketholders once again. And the parking lot attendants guide the cars right into each other lol(true story). Boston is the thing...

New Years Eve in Boston for their farewell tour sounds like it will be a very special show even if it is #32. I hope it happens.

Sorry this is gross. The way they CANCELLED Joey without any sort of professionalism and transparency really craps on decades of legacy. I wasn't expecting this kind of rotten behavior from them, especially when they have no known contracts or obligations to labels and publishers.
I can hardly say I'm a fan at this point. I am really triggered and grossed out. Not to mention they cancelled EU shows for Vegas and then this without ever rescheduling those dates.

No Joey even for a video? I suspect that is because there will be no Joey on the tour. If they had him in the video people would expect him to be playing every show...

He's in the picture TM is displaying on it's event pages. Who knows with Joey? We can only speculate. He could have been asked but that could also be taken as a sleight. We just don't know. "Hey do a video with us and then get lost". I do hope they give him props on this tour though. A video tribute...? Somethin'. Time will tell.

They mentioned Joey in the article and said it is his decision to sit out do to health reasons and they will dearly miss him.

Are there any interviews or anything? Anything scheduled?
Is it just a social media announcement? No box set announcement?
